we need more info.

1. have you tried asking yahoo for support?
2. what web server software/OS are you using (apache,IIS/Linux,Win)?
3. will the data be shared across apps?

basically, if your webhost account is capable of creating a sub-domain,
you can create one and point it to your internal web server (assuming
that HTTP service is allowed in your firewall and the internal virtual host
are in place).

but if your application needs to share SQL data, then it's either you
replicate those or access them thru XML (AJAX).
