it's a good practice not to rely on a _single_ AV software,
especially on the popular ones. mixing it with newcomers
such as bitdefender, AVG, etc. (afaik,both are free for
_personal_use_ and runs on GNU/Linux) can make your
virus scanning better. you may search for AV scores for
further study.
