We just have a rudimentary website at this time, at
www.geocities.com/no.cheats.
Signing up is by text/SMS (your cellphone no. is your ID to the system).
Will announce the phone numbers later.

It is a very simple design, actually. Accept all incoming text, save them
on a MySQL database, then make the database available for queries by text
or from the Internet. Also, make the database (possibly in .csv format, for
spreadsheets) available for download on the Internet. (It will also be sold
in CDs, for those who want this format. The CD can then be freely copied.)

We need people who will help try to break the system (and then of course
help plug the breaks...). We also need people who might want to mirror /
replicate the database, so that the data will be widely available. There
are already suggestions to do more with the data. We can't do everything
ourselves. So others may want to do all kinds of things with the database
(like statistical analysis, for instance).

We also need technical advice especially with regards to a direct
connection with the celphone providers. We have not identified a content
provider yet who will help us do so.
We will probably want two (one acting as the backup of the other).

I wonder if this is actually the right list to go into details... So much
is happening here.

Regards to all,

Obet

PS. By the way, to those who are curious, we will demo the software
tomorrow whole day at the Ateneno in Katipunan (I think it is Colayco Bldg.
I'm not sure now. Just ask where the political parties are doing the
exhibit. We ourselves obviously are non-partisan, but we've been invited to
this symposium/exhibit about political parties.)
