The organizers should have informed everyone about the 'secret entrance'. I would have suggested having it somewhere like the Bahay ng Alumni, which is more accessible.
There was an Anime/JPOP fair(?) at the Bahay at around the same time, so any plan for using that venue had to be done waay in advance :/ Anyhow, there's always next year ;) See you then!
