My apologies for reviving this thread but I really need your inputs on this
matter.

Is there anyone here in PLUG who has worked on, or has heard of any
open-source web-based medical transcription workflow system? If so, I need
your assistance in identifying such apps. From here, I will do the research.

If anyone could point me to a site with an installer of such system, that
would be awesome. :D

it wasn't removed, the project just has not yet created any files.
you might also want to try sending them a message thru SF.net
