you need NDIS wrapper. It's an open source software that allows you to
use windows drivers for networking and communications equipment in
linux.

How am I going to connect my Linksys compact USB wireless adapter...it was
not detected when I installed it in PCs running in Ubuntu and Kubuntu. I
