Just got an idea -- maybe we could document these access problems *and* those who corrected theirs, on the PLUG site? The first will tell Web designers the importance of creating standards-compliant sites to ensure access to *all* users. This is especially significant IMHO for government Web sites, who have a greater responsibility to ensure vendor neutrality.
The second will serve to laud the efforts of those who saw the error of their ways :) Obviously, we can't look at *all* banking & finance and government Web sites, so maybe we can limit the scope to only those that PLUGgers have experienced themselves.
