Hi guys, A bit of bad news. The committee on ICT of the House of Representatives has postponed the FOSS bill November 29 hearing to a later date. They said that the Election Automation Bill will start its Bicameral (both houses, Senate and Congress) Conference Committee meeting next week, and it may take them more than a week to iron out the differences between the Senate and House version.
They are resetting the next FOSS bill hearing (tentatively) to 13 December 2006. Anyway, the consultation meeting for the FOSS bill will push through tomorrow at 9:00am, as scheduled, at Conference Room 6 in Mitra building here inthe House of Representatives.
