if you're planning to use your WLAN device for other purposes (i.e. wireless audit) you might want to stay away from those ndiswrapper-driven devices :) the Edimax EW-7108PCg cardbus is good enough but unfortunately it is not equipped with an Atheros chipset which is not much of an issue unless you're interested on a WPA-specific auditing feature.
