Somehow I suspect such a scheme would be against Chikka's ToS and they
would block your IP eventually.  :P

A lot of people seem to need bulk SMS outbound service for their
business requirements, but since it's so hard to talk to the telco
directly, it's better to talk to a CP who is willing to do
aggregation.

Roger's outfit seems to be having some success doing this; my former
employee Information Gateway also has a unified short code (2976)
which they use for corporate projects, e.g. SM Advantage Card and
M&M's among others. For a sufficiently large volume application
(~thousands of messages per day at least) they would be worth talking
to.
