Same here Im no Oracle expert as well:) Thanks for explaining the
db_block_buffer and further googling it has helped a lot. Im thinking
of doing some accounting and let this people (our dbas) realized how
expensive the resources they are wasting, they should be charged for
every thread they want to spawn.
