You can always use reverse tunneling. I ripped the perl version (c version
also included) wrapper for netcat from c99 shell and masked my ssh
connection as https or jabber. You can rip the shell code at
http://alienatednluv.googlepages.com/c99r57.txt its on line 518 :)

Oracle Web Conference software also can do this and is quite
user-friendly (just go to conference.oracle.com and enter the
conference ID of the person whose desktop you'll share), although the
performance is pretty piss-poor.
