You have to enable the Universe repository by editing your /etc/apt/sources.list file by doing a "sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list" and then uncomment the line that has the word universe on it. Then do a "sudo apt-get update", then "sudo apt-get install firestarter". I hope that helps. :) thanks for the help1
