Well i got another question w/c connects to the DHCP security issue. is
there away that the DHCP server would know which MAC addresses is
authorized to lease IP and which are not? thanks!
That's the point of listing down the MAC addresses individually and
mapping them to hostnames. :) That way, the DHCP server can only serve IP
addresses to specific hosts.
BTW: Next time, please just quote the relevant parts and leave out the other
parts of the thread. Thanks

Thanks, i just figured out how to build my DHCP. I think i was hungry awhile ago that's why i misunderstood the other question.
although im also interested to know how to secure the network form rouge DHCPs.
