I have some files here that you can test with :D

Anyway, the script that I was planning was very simple. Just a bash
script that will re-encode the file using sox then send it to xmms or
audacious.

A bit off-topic but is there a way to launch the default player for a
certain filetype with bash? Even if it's just for Gnome.
