The latest FC6 respin is 2007/01/11, but many FC6 updates
have been posted since that time.  Most of the interesting updates
(kernel, etc) were posted last week.  FC6 respin is not good enough
for me.

Also, FC6 respins can only be downloaded via torrent, and torrent
is too slow on my Internet connection.
