True. OpenOffice is 2.1.0 already, but none of the Linux distros has yet packaged 2.1.0. If you install the package from OpenOffice.org (like I did), you find that line breaks and page breaks are not quite the same for 2.1.0 and 2.0.4. So you get formatting errors when you move files from 2.1.0 to 2.0.4, whether the move is Linux-to-Linux or Linux-tofrom-Windows. Tough luck for those who want to have the very latest versions.
