i always enroll my billing accounts by going to my bank. its a one-time 
investment and then i can pay all my bills on the following day. i even have 
some non-standard accounts and merchants enrolled (e.g. my webhost). but i 
understand the desire to skip the manual enrollment if the bank is far from 
your usual hang-outs. :)
