But if "Mr Blue Screen of Death Windows 98" didn't get fired, this guy probably will be OK. There's nothing majorly interesting in the content anyway. I don't think M$-vs-everyone-else deals hinge on the points mentioned in the presentation. Any solution can be force-fitted to any problem, be it M$ or Linux or proprietary Unix. So it's not a technical issue, it's a cost and persuasive-powers issue. More of the persuasive-powers issue than anything else.
