I think Bayanihan just needs to increase its visibility in Philippine
government offices, public schools, etc. This can be done by Congress
legislating the use of Bayanihan Linux in these places, the way the French
required the use of Ubuntu in the French Parliament. This will save our
government a huge amount of money, or at least diminish piracy in government
offices.
