Back when I was with Mozcom, there were a couple of companies that
approached the company and were willing to pay a HUGE premium over
market rates for bandwidth (say, 2X to 3X more) on the condition that
Mozcom give them an entire /24 which they would use for spamming. And
that, once the /24 was blacklisted (probably after a week or two),
give them another /24.

Since Mozcom had two /17's that would actually be doable, but it was
decided not to do business with those companies. But I'm sure there
are others who would gladly take the money (while it lasted).
