Let's propose to the new Board (that is yet to be elected) to think
long-term and consider PLUG community's participation in the technology
side of the next national elections.
PLUG can also build on the experience of Halalang Marangal as a
civil-society watchdog type making sure that citizens' votes are
actually counted.
