Simple. I have broadband, but it's not always on ;-). You don't want
to begin installing only to wait two days to several weeks before you
finish it because your connection conked out midway during
installation. (To be sure, my record for disconnection is two days.
But after several weeks, a friend is still waiting to get
reconnected.)
