Hi Sir John, I think I have no choice yet to change sql server 7 to mysql or postgresql since the main application is proprietary and have no option on using the two oss db server, I also have so many middlewares that was also designed specifically to SQL server. Maybe I will wait for CentOS 5 release and test it from there since Xen was already included. I will also test using VMWARE server although I heard that this is less capable when compared to Infrastructure specially on using SMP. I will give you feedback after I made the testing.
Thanks. --------------------------- "john garcia" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: if you are running sql 2000 you can make use mysql or postgresql. regarding the virtual software use vmware your os is good centos what version are you using ?
