Drupal is a good framework for web RAD although developers may find the
design philosophies hard to grasp since its not totally in OOP model, unlike
Rails, Cake, Qcodo and others; they basically took the conservative
approachto OOP to avoid bloat and overhead. So far that philosophy works
well for Drupal.

Btw im working of a Call Tree project and im planning to build it via
Drupal! ^_^
