That may be true, but in China for example the cost of living is still
relatively lower than here but pay scales for IT workers in the large
cities are significantly higher than here.

the results of the salary survey is not conclusive since it does not consider 
the cost of living on each country. if foreign exchange and capacity are not 
relevant factors then the result means that there would be more jobs for us 
pinoys since a foreign company looking to outsource their IT work will see that 
outsourcing to here has the least cost in terms of salary. :)
