Greg, WiFi N is not an option for me still, the AP costs twice or
thrice as much and the client devices costs a lot.

We recently have Bayantel DSL connection for internet backup. We are
currently using Linksys WRT300N (with router and AP functions). Reviews
stated is just an average performer. But its signal reaches the ORD at
RD's room and the EDD, although one bar (signal indicator) lang. Router/AP
location is at evisnet at the back of Maam Tess. Considering concrete wall
barriers, it seems good to me. I dont know about Netgear brand, it's
Rangemax series, maybe you can consider that also.
