Hi, 

Thanks to those who replied. 

After sleepless night last night, I've finally tweak my proxy server using 
iptables and transparent proxy with https browsing works successfully now. 
All you have to do is forward 443(https) to your internet source/gateway 
server. 

It worked for me, it should work for you too.
