hi guys, one of our web server httpd daemon died unexpectedly, when i checked on the error logs i found lots of these:
[Fri Apr 20 15:03:44 2007] [notice] child pid 16060 exit signal Segmentation fault (11) [Fri Apr 20 15:03:45 2007] [notice] child pid 16053 exit signal Segmentation fault (11) [Fri Apr 20 15:06:15 2007] [error] Cannot remove module mod_auth_anon.c: not found in module list [Fri Apr 20 15:06:15 2007] [error] Cannot remove module mod_auth.c: not found in module list [Fri Apr 20 15:06:15 2007] [error] Cannot remove module mod_access.c: not found in module list what would you think is the possible culprit? TIA
