Haven't tried installing it myself, but were you successful in compiling and installing it? if yes, I think running it is different than the ones installed in a M$ DOS environment. You code depending on your text editor of choice. Aftwerwards, you have to compile it via CLI and run it. Pretty much like gcc (I guess).
