You can probably bind it to the IP attached to your network interface
(if you're using a static IP); however, that'll only listen to that
interface and that IP, and only works if you're using a static IP
assignment. If you're using DHCP, no dice.

As for a list of IP addresses... I don't think you can. You can probably
try specifying several bind addresses, see if that works.
