I have wiped out my XP dual boot with Open Suse and installed Fedora
Core 7 on my Dell Inspiron B130. Dmesg shows it detected my wireless
which is BCM but its says Radio turned off so it failed.

Here is the dmesg output::

bcm43xx driver
ACPI: PCI Interrupt 0000:02:03.0[A] -> GSI 17 (level, low) -> IRQ 18

bcm43xx: Radio turned off

Now this is the part when kernel tried to ifup eth1:

SoftMAC: ASSERTION FAILED (0) at:
net/ieee80211/softmac/ieee80211softmac_wx.c:306:ieee80211softmac_wx_get_rate()

subj=system_u:system_r:auditd_t:s0
eth0: no IPv6 routers present

Has anybody has a work around for this:

bcm43xx: Error: Microcode "bcm43xx_microcode5.fw" not available or load failed.

Thanks in advance,
