I followed GoVVvin's recommendation to change the line ""#include <linux/config.h>" to "#include <linux/configfs.h>" in the dm9601.c file and Make finally ran, but after I insmod it it still wouldn't work. I already put it in my list of modules, removed, put it back again, rebooted, etc etc., but the _thing_ _just_ _won't_ _cooperate_.
So anyway since I got my USB WIFI NIC to work, I finally have networking albeit really slow, but functional. Therefore I don't think I'll pursue the USB NIC anymore. Thanks so much to all of you guys for your help! - And if anyone wants to buy a never used USB NIC, let me know :) Details here: http://www.cdrking.com/local/products/index.php?action=mnu&temp=2&typeno=4617684-429030-025874786-9043266&prod=USB%20Devices&prodcode=1101579-724931-190189253-8722910 On 6/14/07, Michael Tinsay <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote:
