i can't remember off the top of my head. it's been a while, but the
configuration is pretty straghtforward. i compiled from source IIRC.
you put your media files in the defined directory  (in the config
file) and connect via rtsp://a.b.c.d/mediafile

we actually used it for some 3G streaming testing before (3gp files,
hinted in quicktime pro so that darwin can stream it and the phones
can display it).
