Level 1 East Wing should be where the signal's strongest. I get the feeling, though, that some establishments are *not* friendly to WiFi users. A restaurant (one of two near the computer rental shop) charges for plugging your notebook to their power outlets. The crew in a fastfood shop ever so politely bugs you if you want to order anything else aside from that iced tea that had turned stale. Heh. :D -- Ian Dexter R.
