yes, it's possible.

Why do you want to do this? Firewall? 
Install another NIC and purchase a Switch
Install the dhcp packages (not sure exactly what packages you need since I 
haven't personally tried this).
configure /etc/dhcpd.conf

DHCP server configuration.

This is the easiest of all, if you have a few thousand bucks to spare. Not to 
mention that it'll save you a hundreds of pesos monthly since it runs on DC, 
unlike a linux box slash router that needs 100W-350W. 
Besides, you only need to spend a few minutes configuring a few settings on 
the Web interface.
