Have you tried removing the line w/ the "AT+CSQ" command, or at least moving it just before the "AT+CGDCONT" command? The webpage, and the scripts included with the tar file from the page you linked immediately dialed after issuing the +CGDCONT command. It's possible that the modem of yours "forgets" the APN settings when the +CSQ command is issued. -- Gideon N.
