Thanks for the insight , I appreciate it. I've heard about "The Art of Unix Programming", but I never realized also it touches on Linux design I was just thinking that learning via a book is definitely more convenient than random man-ning (For instance how can you "man" about something the you didn't know even exist).Obviously man pages are more detailed and complete though.
