Check ns record of your domain. E.g. dig ns mydomain.org Sample result: ;; ANSWER SECTION: mydomain.org. 86400 IN NS ns1.mydomain.org. mydomain.org. 86400 IN NS ns.mydomain.org. From the result, check if there is an A record for <http://cms.mydomain.org>cms.mydomain.org configured at ns1.mydomain.org and ns.mydomain.org.
