Personally I find JDeveloper much easier to use than Eclipse. And I
don't say that just because I work for Oracle -- Oracle is also a
member of the Eclipse steering committee and is a major code
contributor.

JDeveloper is a code fork of JBuilder. Well of all the IDE's I've
tried, it's the only one I got to work and got something productive
done without reading any manual or help files. And for an old
command-line mule like myself, that counts for a LOT.
