Try installing openssl-dev

Hi, I'm trying to install OpenLDAP in debian im runing this command that I got from an article in linux.com on how to install ldap then Im stack with an error :Could not locate TLS/SSL package, correct me if Im wrong but this error is refering to openssl wich happen to be installed in my debian refer below dpkg -s out put. Question where should i point -I/usr/local/ssl/include/openssl and -L/usr/local/ssl/lib which i think this is causing the problem I only see in my installation are /etc/ssl, /usr/lib/ssl and for openssl refer below.
