replace the disk and restore from your latest backup.
if that's a system disk i'd do a re-installation.

LVM won't rebuild data on the disks (LVM2 has the command
pvmove - you can move data from one PV to another).

and since you only have 1 disk on LVM - for sure you don't have LVM
running on RAID which rebuilding might be
possible (i guess. :)).
