    pwede kaya ito another option, bale kasi dun sa Building C (Davao-Branch) 
pwede bang OpenVPN for Windows gamitin ko? ok lang ba kahit naka connect sila 
sa Dlink or Linksys DSL router? tatlo lang kasi and PC dun eh?

You can install OpenVPN on some SOHO routers that uses WRT54 chipset. You need 
one of those 3rd party firmware like OpenWRT or DD-WRT.
