Dragonball VZ runs ucLinux. Useful for pedagogical purposes. If they are to be donated, I second the suggestion to let PLUG distribute them for some fee. Hey even 500 per unit should be a very fair price, I know the price of Alexan parts! and, of course, a written description of what the person will do with the unit.
Kind of like "what I will do if you let me buy that embedded computer at a giveaway price." You don't want to just give them away to some schmoe who may not put them to good use. I don't believe in freebies, it's too subject to abuse. Personally, a few interesting things to do with such a device -- make a portable oscilloscope (Fluke Scopemeters are so expensive!) or an engine diagnosis computer.
