Dear brods, I have problems configuring my ssh and ping on my Mandriva Linux box with ip ad 192.168.1.87
a) ssh: connect to host linuxee port 22: Connection refused b) cannot ping localhost, 127.0.0.1 nor its hostname linuxee. But can ping other stations. However I can connect my Java applications using postgresql at port 5032 and http://192.168.1.87 from other computers. my config files on /etc/ssh/ssh_config Host * ForwardX11 yes ForwardX11Trusted yes Port 22 Protocol 2,1 StrictHostKeyChecking no By the way,may I know to restart firewall and ssh using the shell?
