Hi Ariz, Although I'm facing a similar "hurdle", I'm not the original poster. LOL! :-)
I'm still contemplating how to connect our two buildings about 400m apart. a. using cat5 and 4 switches (cheap 5port switches will do) b. wireless (fog and constant rain + pine trees as obstruction) c. fiber optic (expensive + no experience) *sigh* Anyways, I'm learning a lot from posts like this one.
