For small companies, GNUCash would be sufficient especially if you only need recording of basic transactions and financial reporting (Trial Balance, Income Statement, Balancesheet and Cash Flow). But if you want integration and support for your supply change management and other business processes (Revenue, expenditure, inventory management, fixed assets, etc.), then consider using ERP software. The following open source ERPs may be used for a Philippine business environment:
1. TinyERP 2. Openbravo 3. Compiere/Adempiere 4. Postbooks The only module not normally supported is payroll, which is country-specific.
