I'm toying with the idea of setting up a FOSS training center for Bagong Pag-asa Elementary School. It's supposed to be just part of a course requirement but while doing my preliminary data gathering on the school, it might be well worth pursuing.
The concept is primarily to get these children exposed to FOSS and information technology (not just the games) and hopefully get them excited about it. Are there any other initiatives I can pattern this with? Thanks.
