I have upgraded to 4 GB. I tried running Xen-enabled CentOS under
kvm, and a CentOS Xen paravirtualized guest under the CentOS host.
Success!

Also running without problems in kvm:
- FreeBSD 7
- Windows Server 2008
- Solaris 11 "Express Developer Edition" (but a bit slow to boot up)

Doesn't work:
OSX86 :(
