Guys, not to discourage anyone, but I've skimmed the report, and in my opinion in order to produce professional results even half as good as this, you'll need the ff.:
a.) Funding b.) a LOT of time on your hands (hence, kailangan ng funding, because you won't be doing anything else). c.) Logistics and training to conduct a survey. d.) Skills to collate results of said survey and finally display them in a report. e.) Ability to distribute report to media organizations / other institutions who can best make use of it. In other words, you need pros to get this done. Now again, I'M NOT SAYING you can't do it, it's just that it takes planning and logistics and execution to make something worthwhile. On the first page you'll see that the report was 'commissioned', which means they were hired to make it. That means they were paid to do nothing else. Kaya maganda ang kinalabasan. So I'll get to my point. If you have money and time to do this, by all means. However if you're currently employed, and you think you can pull this off 'part-time', I honestly think you have a better chance waiting for PLUG to get going, so we can have the money and clout to get things like this done - and this goes for all the other projects people are undertaking on their own. Now I know you're all impatient, but we're getting there. Umaandar na. We have a better chance doing things together than individuals doing their own thing. Thanks, I felt I needed to say that.
